Rebecca Collins - The Climb ]

Nice write up about “The Climb” video and song from The Last Mixed Tape.. Thank you!

I’m very happy to share the official video for “The Climb” with you. It was directed by Simon O’Neill. Enjoy…and don’t forget to watch it in HD!

These are the three great guys who made SOLAR with me!
That’s Jeppe Skovbakke on the left, he played bass, and that’s Mikkel Ploug on the right, he played drums. You might recognise those two as we also play together in a band called The Unusual History of Ether. These guys are my dear friends and I’m so grateful to them for bringing their bad ass skills to this record. Tuuuuusind tak mine venner!
In the middle there is Morten Bue, who recorded and mixed the record. Morten is a sonic wizard, a total gentleman, and my favourite person to work with in the studio. Morten also has rock drumming in his veins so he totally got SOLAR from the get-go. “Greatness!”;-) Thank you Morten!!
Also, I wanna give a shout out to the amazing musicians who helped me demo SOLAR when I was in London. Here’s looking at you Chris Vatalaro, Tom Mason and Dave de Rose - thankyou for being absolute legends, and for helping me to tame the little beastlings!
I am one lucky lady for getting to make music with these fine folk, and I am so very grateful to them for their generosity of spirit, time and talent.
